House close to the town centre of the Château and therefore to the Phibie beach. Nicely furnished and decorated, it consists of a living room (lounge, kitchen) and 3 bedrooms, one of which is in an outbuilding, separate from the rest of the house with its washbasin and toilet. In the main body, 2 bedrooms, therefore, with 1 bathroom and a toilet and a master suite with its own toilet. The kitchen is open, with induction hob. Television in the lounge and internet. On the terrace or in the shed, a large garden table that can be placed in the sun or shade. The main house, including the 2 bedrooms, are air-conditioned.
Also available is all the baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bathtub, reducer, potty, cutlery).
Two cars can be easily parked within the house grounds, all complemented by a garage that can accommodate and shelter bicycles.
