Beautiful and spacious 160m² house in a residential area of Saint Denis. Very quiet with an enclosed garden of 1000m². A semi-open kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle.
A lovely lounge and dining area. 1 bedroom with 3 single beds for children, 2 others with a double bed including a master suite. All bedding is new and of high quality. The last bedroom is flexible with 3 twin beds and a shower room.
A laundry room with a combination bar for surfers completes the set with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Sea less than 10 minutes by bike, Saint Denis town centre 5 minutes on foot, which will allow you to minimise car journeys and enjoy the fresh Oléronnais air.
