Village house of approximately 80m² close to Biroire beach. Classified 4 stars in 2021. Completely renovated and very beautifully decorated in a warm and cosy manner. A beautiful interior courtyard of 45m² with terrace and a barbecue to enjoy the beautiful Oleron days. No overlooking and the beach is a 5-minute walk away. Cycle paths to go either to Saint Pierre or to La Cotinière are also close to the house. Nestled in a small village, it is the ideal place to rest and wander around the whole island of Oleron, it will be up to you to decide. Fibre internet connection. Towels, bed linen and household linen provided. Travel cot and high chair available in the house.
