Description
Superb 107m² villa at La Cotinière. Direct on the beach and along a cycling path. With a fenced garden of around 750m². The house has 4 bedrooms, including a small suite, and the one for children is on a mezzanine. We will certainly appreciate the delicate sea shore deco which is so appropriate to the villa. There is also 1 bathroom, 1 separated toilet, dining/lounge room and a closed kitchen. A garage to secure bikes. To finish with, you will enjoy the terrasse that includes a plancha (electric) and furnitures. The particularity of the villa being that it is really on the beach (Matha side of La Cotinière). You just have to open the gate at the end of the garden to get to it, which is rare on the island.
Please pay attention to the fact that the mezzanine is accesible via a very steep stair that will not be suitable to people with problems to their legs or children under 5 years. On the other side, the mezzanine itself is well secured with a plexiglass along the fence and there is a security fence ath the top of the stair so children cannot fall. Nespresso and filter coffee machines available.
