Exclusive villa, of which there are few on Oléron. Typical of the first development of seaside resorts, of which Saint Trojan is the best example. It is moreover classified as "remarkable" by the ABF. It has just been completely renovated in keeping with its original spirit. With an area of 130m², it contains 5 bedrooms including 1 with a 140 bed, 2 with 160 beds and 4 single beds. A large kitchen with filter coffee maker and a Senseo, open to the dining room, a large lounge and a bedroom on the ground floor. The others are upstairs. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets for your comfort. Television, internet and a cellar for storing bikes are available.
It has been furnished in the spirit of chic upcycling with sourced furniture and decorations whilst remaining of quality. It has a charcoal barbecue.
In the immediate vicinity of the town centre and the sea, a few minutes' walk from the little train of Saint Trojan, the ideal place for a holiday without a car.
Please note, no parking within the property grounds but you have a public car park just next to the house and two others within 100m, all free.

The garden is free from chemical products and respectful of nature. A composter is at the foot of the house.

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
